Ingredients:
    • 1 lb ground meat (Prerable grass fed)
    • 1/2 medium onion
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1 huge handful of greens (Spinach, Arugula, etc)
    • couple tablespoons of Olive Oil
    • 2 1/2 cups of tomato sauce
    • Curry Powder and Paprike to Taste
